Refund policy

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Special Conditions

Buyer must contact Wire Meets Wood before sending any returns.
Drum kits, cymbals, cases, software, harmonicas, mouthpieces and in-ear earphones are not returnable.
Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If return is received with damage or signs of wear, refund may be reduced.
Buyer receives refund less 10% restock fee unless incorrect or defective product is received.

Product descriptions are generally obtained directly from the manufacturer.
Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.
Images are stock images unless otherwise noted. Grain or finish variances are typical for guitars/basses etc.
Manufacturers may change specifications without updating their item's descriptions.
