This 4-string P\/J bass has a sleek, undersized J-style body made of American swamp ash, painted with a Nirvana Black Transparent Satin finish. The neck is made of American maple and has a fretboard made of American maple. Features of this bass include a Sadowsky P-Style neck pickup and a J-style bridge pickup, active electronics with True Bypass, Vintage Tone Control, Treble and Bass Boost. The hardware includes lightweight Sadowsky Open Gear mechanics and a Sadowsky Quick String Release Bridge. The Sadowsky MetroLine 21-Fret Vintage P\/J bass is made exclusively in Germany and will never weigh more than 4.0 kg.
