The CAD GXLD2HB Digital Dual-Channel Wireless Microphone System with Handheld and Bodypack Transmitters is intended for up to two vocalists or speakers who want the hands-free convenience of a wearable microphone or the ability to control the sound of their voice using a handheld microphone‚¬ with the option of passing a mic around when performing on stage, or for school functions, corporate trainings, houses of worship, and more.
The system consists of a two-channel receiver, a handheld wireless microphone transmitter, a bodypack transmitter, a headworn mic, and a guitar cable. It delivers digital high-definition audio and operates in the AI: 909.3 to 926.8 MHz frequency band, which is free from TV and FCC regulatory issues.
The receiver features volume knobs for each channel and RF indicator lights to show connectivity between the receiver and the transmitters. The back panel includes two balanced XLR output connectors and an unbalanced, mono Mix output on a 1/4" connector. Two antennas with advanced dipole technology help increase the operating distance.
The microphone features a CADLive D38 dynamic capsule with supercadioid polar pattern for reduced feedback in live situations. The mic runs on two AA batteries for approximately 10 hours and is equipped with on/off and mute functions to help conserve battery life.
The bodypack is also equipped with on/off and mute controls and runs on two AA batteries for approximately 10 hours. The WXHW headworn microphone features a hypercardioid polar pattern to minimize unwanted feedback when used near speakers. The WXGTR cable enables musicians to configure the GXLD2HB into a guitar or bass wireless system.
